Brownies...yes...chocolate brownies that are good for you!!

I found this recipe at Skinny Taste and I will admit, I was very skeptical. It works! They taste good! The kicker, my husband (who I call the pickiest eater in the WORLD) ate them and thought they were good. He had NO IDEA they were made with black beans!

This is extremely easy to do. You need a whopping 2 ingredients!
1- package of brownie mix (your choice)
1- regular size can of black beans

Empty the black beans into a colander, rinse well. Rinse out the can they came in. Put the freshly rinsed beans back into the can. Fill the can with water. Pour the contents into a blender. Whip them for about 2 minutes.

Put the brownie mix in a medium bowl. Add the bean mixture. Stir. Pour into a 13x9 pan that has been sprayed with Pam. Put them in the oven at 350 degrees for 28-30 minutes.

Let them cool and enjoy!! It just doesn't get any easier than that!
